Kayley will forward an application to you via email which you are to print out and forward via SNAIL MAIL to SHADY MINX MODELS/Attention: Kayley Ingvesc/o89 Moray St. Port Moody BC V3H 3m2
ALL Model Applications must include a minimum of (2) 4x6 Pictures --1 being Head Shot & second a full length Bikini Body Shot. All Models accepted will be expected to sign Management 1 year contract with SHADY MINX.
Photographs will not be returned but kept on file for reference.
