Kayley will forward an application to you via email which you are to print out and forward via SNAIL MAIL to SHADY MINX MODELS/Attention: Kayley Ingvesc/o89 Moray St. Port Moody BC V3H 3m2
ALL Model Applications must include a minimum of (2) 4x6 Pictures --1 being Head Shot & second a full length Bikini Body Shot. All Models accepted will be expected to sign Management 1 year contract with SHADY MINX MODELS.
SPECIAL NOTE: For Movie/Music Video Casting: We specialize in the genre GORGEOUS FIT GIRLS for Movie Castings of Principal Actor and Special Talent Extras etc....This means you must provide not only your Glamour Pictures for Magazine Print Castings but ALSO Actor Head Shots/Comp Cards in order for us to submit you for such auditions.
(This is ONLY REQUIRED should we SIGN you on as TALENT of Shady Minx Models)
